John Dougherty is a program management thought leader with 37 years of experience in the construction industry, managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of education projects. They served as an Executive Director and Associate Vice President at AECOM, leading capital improvement programs and client relations. Previously, they held significant positions at Lendlease and Jacobs, where they oversaw large-scale educational construction initiatives, fostering innovative approaches and continuous improvement initiatives. John earned a BS in Accounting from Kean University between 1985 and 1987.
