John Francescon

John Francescon, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer with a strong focus on marine and ports engineering. Francescon began a career in the field after completing both a Bachelor and a Master of Civil Engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. At Hatch, Francescon served as Technical Director for the Ports and Marine Group, contributing to the establishment of a new office in New York City. Previously, Francescon held positions at Han Padron Associates, Jacobs, and Hatch Mott MacDonald, where responsibilities included leading maritime engineering projects and managing teams. Additionally, Francescon co-founded the NYC Ports and Marine Group at CB&I, further demonstrating leadership within the engineering community.
