John Heinzel

John Heinzel, PE, CEM, is a Program Manager at Jacobs Engineering and a Professional Engineer and Florida Certified Energy Manager. With a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, they held various positions including Captain in the Civil Engineer Corps and Deputy Fleet Civil Engineer for the U.S. Pacific Fleet. Their extensive experience includes leading operations at NAVFAC Southeast and managing significant budgets and personnel in various engineering roles. Heinzel has also contributed to military training and development, overseeing programs for thousands of professionals. They founded NextGen Driver Training LLC and previously served as President of 2JH Associates.
