John Millington has extensive experience in estimating and project management within the engineering and construction industry. John served as Estimating Manager at Laing Industrial Engineering & Construction from February 1990 to July 1997. Afterward, John worked at Jacobs from 1997 to 2014, holding the position of Manager of Project Services. Since 2014, John has been the Head of Estimating at Sellafield Ltd, while continuing to serve as Manager of Project Services at Jacobs since 2006.
