John Pounder

John Pounder is a Divisional Director (Planning) at Jacobs, where they lead the London Planning Team and manage a variety of significant projects, including roles as Lead Planning Advisor for urban developments and community assessments for major transport initiatives. Prior to this, they served as Team Leader at SKM Colin Buchanan, Director at Colin Buchanan, and held positions at ECOTEC and the South East England Regional Assembly, where they specialized in planning policy, economic development, and stakeholder relations. John earned a BSc (Hons) from the University of Reading and a Master of City Design from the University of Liverpool, along with a Professional Certificate from The Open University.
