John Rickermann

John Rickermann is the Vice President of the Technical Service Group at Jacobs, where they focus on developing the Intelligent O&M suite of data science and AI-driven tools. Previously, John held various positions, including Senior Director of O&M Technical Services, where they managed a team of approximately 80 experts, and Director of O&M Consulting, providing services to key clients globally. Earlier in their career, John worked as a Project Engineer at Tetra Tech and as an Engineer II at Black & Veatch, specializing in water and wastewater system designs and operations. John earned an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
