Jonathan Hale

Jonathan Hale is a senior associate director of transport planning at Jacobs, currently co-leading the London & SE England Strategy, Policy & Planning Team. With over 20 years of experience, Jonathan previously served as the strategic transport lead at the UK National Infrastructure Commission, contributing to the country's first National Infrastructure Assessment. Their background includes roles as a principal transport planner at Colin Buchanan and an associate transport planner at Sinclair Knight Merz. Jonathan's expertise spans transport strategy formulation, demand forecasting, and data analysis, with significant projects in the UK, New Zealand, and China. Jonathan holds a B.Sc. in Geography from University College London.
