Jonathan Snow

Jonathan Snow has over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure management, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Core Systems Infrastructure at Jacobs since August 2000. In this role, Jonathan oversees the management of over 300 servers in one of the larger datacenters and provides remote support for additional servers in a colocation environment. Jonathan's technical expertise encompasses VMware, Cisco UCS, Dell, NetApp, IBM V7000, Converged Infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, and Zabbix monitoring. Prior to Jonathan's position at Jacobs, experience included working as a PC Support Technician at Pellissippi State Community College from January 1999 to August 2000, where responsibilities involved maintaining and repairing PCs for faculty, staff, and computer lab settings. Jonathan holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Pellissippi State Community College, earned between 1998 and 2000.
