Jonathan Whittaker

Jonathan Whittaker has extensive experience in transport planning and business development, currently serving as the Regional Market Solutions Lead for Future Mobility Europe and Senior Associate Director at Jacobs since March 2002. In this role, Jonathan focuses on growing the global business through strategic initiatives and thought leadership. Jonathan has held various leadership positions, including Senior Associate Director of Transport Planning, Technical Director of Sustainable Solutions, and Principal Transport Planner, where responsibilities included providing policy advice and managing staff on transport infrastructure projects. Additionally, Jonathan contributes part-time to the Great British Railways Transition Team as a Senior Transport Planning and Policy Manager. Jonathan's early career includes a role as Curator of the BP Collection at the Natural History Museum. Educational qualifications include a BA in Geography from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Transport Planning & Management from the University of Westminster. Jonathan is also active in the local community as the PR & Website Officer for Dulwich Runners AC.
