Jonathon Weier is currently the Vice President of Environmental Operations and Talent Management at Jacobs, where they lead talent management for the Environmental Solutions business unit. They have served as an Environmental Planner Director since 2017, overseeing a staff of 330 and ensuring effective deployment and development of employees. Previously, Jonathon held various management and leadership roles at CH2M from 1999 to 2017, where they significantly boosted business operations and staff morale. Earlier in their career, Jonathon was a Project Scientist and Project Manager at Metcalf & Eddy from 1993 to 1999, focusing on ecological risk assessments. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Ecology at Iowa State University.
