Joyce Lagman is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in urban planning and design. Joyce began a career at Cracknell as a Graphics Designer from July 2008 to July 2013, transitioning to Parsons Corporation as an Urban Planner from September 2013 to April 2019. Joyce then contributed to CallisonRTKL as a Senior Designer and Associate from April 2019 to May 2025, before taking on the role of Principal Urban Designer at Jacobs, where employment began in May 2025. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Santo Tomas.
