Kara Halliday

Kara Halliday is an experienced leader in strategy and project management with a focus on transformation. After transitioning from private enterprise to the Commonwealth Government in 2012, Kara led Defence's Estate Divestment Program, overseeing a portfolio averaging 30 active projects with a total asset value exceeding $500 million. Currently, Kara is a Principal Project Manager at Jacobs and has held senior roles in various organizations, including TAFE NSW and Property NSW, where they drove significant business improvements and strategic initiatives. Kara is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business.
