Kat Hagger is a Project and Design Manager with Australian and international experience, specializing in rail infrastructure and systems projects. Currently serving as Section Leader for Rail Solutions at Jacobs, Kat is responsible for leading multidisciplinary rail projects across New South Wales while also engaging in business development and client relationship management. Previously, Kat held positions at WSP in Australia & New Zealand and Transport for London, where they contributed to significant metro delivery schemes and capacity upgrade programs. Educated at Plymouth University with a degree in Applied Geology, Kat is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within the engineering and project management sectors and actively mentors LGBTQIA+ identifying students and professionals.
