Katus Watson

Katus Watson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President & General Manager for Jacobs in the Canada & US East Region from October 2023 to January 2025, where responsibilities include managing a $1.8 billion business across multiple sectors. Previously, Katus held senior leadership roles at CH2M and CH2MHILL, focusing on profit and loss management for public-sector projects and construction management services across various U.S. regions. Katus began career as a Process Mechanical Engineer and progressed through various engineering and management positions. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Howard University and a Certificate in Foundations of Leadership from the University of Michigan.
