Keith Gowenlock

Keith Gowenlock is a transportation planning professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Most recently, Gowenlock served as a Director at Jacobs from November 2015 until retirement in September 2023, focusing on core city, public transport, and placemaking initiatives in Scotland and Northern England. Prior to Jacobs, Gowenlock held the position of Director at WSP UK from 2002 to 2015, overseeing operations in transportation and development infrastructure for Northern England and Scotland.
