Kelly Moore is a Principal Engineer at Jacobs, where they leverage extensive experience in civil engineering and transport infrastructure projects. Kelly has a strong background in feasibility studies, design, and statutory procedures, having contributed to significant projects including the AWPR/B-T and A9 Dualling schemes. Previously, Kelly served as a Senior Engineer on a secondment to BEAR Scotland, overseeing construction and technical delivery, and played a key role as Design Integration Manager for the A12 Chelmsford to A120 Widening Scheme. Currently pursuing chartered status with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE), Kelly is committed to expanding their expertise in the highway and transport sector.
