Kenneth Shields

Kenneth Shields, PE, is the Division Vice President at Jacobs, where they have been leading initiatives since 2017. With a strong background in project and construction management, Kenneth has previously held roles such as Project Manager at URS Corporation and Engineering Manager at Washington Group International. They also served as Deputy Project Manager at Gibbs & Hill and Systems Design Manager at Raytheon Engineers and Constructors. Kenneth holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
