Khalid Anwar

Khalid Anwar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the engineering and facilities services sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for Jacobs since January 2020, Khalid Anwar oversees the management of the OMFS Services Group in the Middle East, focusing on service development and market growth, particularly in the water sector. Prior to this role, Khalid Anwar worked as a Senior Project Manager at Veolia North America, where responsibilities included collaborating on significant capital and operational improvements for the City of Winnipeg's wastewater treatment program. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Veolia Middle East, where Khalid Anwar was instrumental in the design and operation of major wastewater treatment plants in the UAE. Khalid Anwar began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Engineer with Mott Macdonald, and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
