Kylee Hamilton

Kylee Hamilton is the ESG Advisory Lead for Jacobs, where they direct the ESG Market Intelligence team, focusing on hiring, training, and developing ESG advisors. Previously, they served as Principal at KMH Environmental Consulting and as Senior Associate at Ceres, Inc., where they enhanced sustainability practices for numerous major companies and investors. Their early career included roles as Program Coordinator at the Alliance to Save Energy and as a Sustainability Intern at UC San Diego. Kylee holds a B.A. in Environmental Systems and International Policy from UC San Diego and has also studied Government and International Studies at Dartmouth College. Proficient in Spanish and Portuguese, they have lived and worked in Brazil and Australia.
