Leanne Baker is an accomplished coastal and maritime engineer with international and UK-based experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Associate Director Maritime at Jacobs, Leanne leads multidisciplinary teams of engineers and modellers, driving strategy and technical excellence. Previously, Leanne held positions as a Senior Coastal Engineer at CH2M and Coastal Engineer at Halcrow, where they managed project delivery and contributed to team development. Leanne obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil and Coastal Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
