Liam Gallagher is currently the Chief Digital and Data Officer at Jacobs Transportation, where they are responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies in transportation. Liam collaborates with Jacobs' global and regional digital teams, contributing as the Head of BIM for the Highways England Smart Motorways Programme and serving as the Innovation Lead for an award-winning Rapid Engineering Modelling Solution.
