Luk Dierick

Luk Dierick has extensive experience in human resources, having served in various leadership roles across multiple companies. At Jacobs Engineering in the Netherlands, Dierick held the position of HR Director, overseeing all HR functions for a workforce of 1,950 employees from July 2005 to July 2010. Subsequent roles included HRBP Global Transformation and HR Director for Northern Europe, where responsibilities expanded to countries including Belgium, Germany, and Sweden. Prior to this, Dierick worked as an HR Advisor at Orange during the organization's start-up phase and as an HR Business Partner at Vattenfall, focusing on energy sourcing and office establishment in major cities. Dierick's educational background includes a Bachelor in Economics, Commercial and Consular Sciences from Antwerp Business School.
