Mark Dowd

Mark Dowd is currently the Assistant General Counsel at Jacobs, a position held since 2021. With a robust background in corporate law, Mark served as Corporate Counsel for Jacobs from 2011 to 2014 and held positions as a Corporate Attorney at Merrill, Nomura & Molineux, LLP from 2007 to 2011, and as a Corporate Governance/Compliance Attorney at Chevron from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Corporate Transactional Associate at Holland & Knight LLP from 2000 to 2003. Mark holds a J.D. in Corporate, Finance and Securities Law from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. with Honors in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of California, Berkeley.
