Mark Handscomb

Mark Handscomb is currently the Design & Engineering Manager at Jacobs, a position they began in 2025, following a tenure as Engineering Manager at CH2M HILL from 2013 to 2023. Previously, Mark held various roles at Hyder Consulting, including Consulting Design Team Leader and Senior Engineer in the Water and Wastewater Engineering Team. Mark's career has focused on engineering and design, contributing significantly to major projects, including the Thames Water Major Projects team at Jacobs. They completed their secondary education at Greenhill Secondary School in Tenby from 1985 to 1991.
