Mark Hoener

Mark Hoener is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Client Account Manager for the Federal Civilian Portfolio at Jacobs since July 2017, Mark plays a key role in business development for the VA, HHA, and DHS. Previously, Mark held positions as Engineering Team Lead at Elite Infrastructure and as Design Project Manager and Process Engineer at M3 Construction, where expertise in design-build engineering for salt water disposal and recycling facilities was demonstrated. Earlier in the career, Mark worked as a Staff Engineer at CDM Smith, contributing to various engineering services, including chemical process design and water supply planning. The career began as an Engineering Intern at Castle Rock Utilities, focusing on stormwater infrastructure. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado Denver.
