Mark Tonkin is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in project delivery within the water industry. Mark has successfully led multidisciplinary teams on a variety of water infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, sewer systems, and pumping stations, managing all phases from design to commissioning. Currently, as a Major Project Delivery Executive at Jacobs, Mark oversees the Water Corporation Design Services Panel and has directed more than 150 design services projects, focusing on safety and quality performance. Educationally, Mark holds a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
