Mark Voyles

Mark Voyles has a diverse background in the field of construction and employee advisory roles, with experience at the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department from April 2011 to April 2014. During this time, Mark served as a committee member on the State-wide Employee Advisory Committee and as chairperson for the District 6 Employee Advisory Committee, focusing on evaluating employee requests and determining appropriate actions. As a Senior Inspector, responsibilities included overseeing various construction projects such as asphalt and concrete paving, bridge construction, and traffic signal installation, while conducting cost comparison and engineering analysis. After a brief retirement from October 2014 to October 2015, Mark resumed work at Jacobs, where duties as a Senior Inspector involve construction inspection and office-related tasks on various projects. Mark completed education at Conway High School, graduating in 1978.
