Matthew Fleming, P.E., PTOE, RSP1, currently serves as a Senior Traffic Project Manager at Jacobs since May 2022. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina, earned between 2010 and 2012, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed from 2006 to 2010.
