Matthew Tooley

Matthew Tooley is a chartered senior associate civil and water engineer at Jacobs with 18 years of industry experience in design engineering, design management, and project management, particularly focused on pipe and pump systems across the water authority, state government, defense, and mining sectors. They have worked with a diverse range of clients at all stages of design, from optioneering to detailed execution, and are passionate about asset rehabilitation. Matthew has served as the ANZ Regional Technical Lead for rehabilitation and has spent the last four years in Seattle, concentrating on large diameter gravity and pressure conveyance system rehabilitation. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honors from the University of South Australia, as well as a Diploma of Project Management from TAFE SA.
