Matthew Webster is a Senior Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst at Jacobs, where they collaborate with a team to develop geospatial solutions for significant real-world challenges. They hold a bachelor’s degree in Geography (Honours) from the University of Southampton and a master’s degree in Environmental Mapping from University College London. As a Chartered Geographer and a committee member of the AGI Early Careers Network, Matthew is dedicated to connecting early career professionals in the geospatial industry and inspiring the next generation of geographers. Their past roles include positions at WSP in the UK and Cyient, and they also served as a PhD candidate in Remote Sensing and Glaciology.
