Melissa Cary, PMP, is the Sustainability & Environment, Health and Safety Compliance Practice Leader at Jacobs, bringing over 20 years of environmental consulting experience. They have provided expertise to large clients on compliance with critical environmental regulations, including the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act. In addition to their leadership role overseeing a significant team of senior technical staff, Melissa currently manages project delivery and staff development to enhance Jacobs' capabilities. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at both Jacobs and CH2M, and began their career as an Environmental Planner for the California Department of Transportation. Melissa is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from California State University.
