Michael Oliver P.E.

Michael Oliver P.E. is a Vice President and Northeast Transportation Design Build Lead, specializing in transportation projects, including highways, bridges, and rail. With extensive experience in business development, resource management, and project delivery, they have held key roles at organizations such as the Connecticut Department of Transportation and STV. Michael has also served as the engineering director for transportation projects across the Northeast and is currently the Secretary and Programs Committee Chair for ACEC-CT for 2023-2024. They earned an MS in Civil Engineering with a focus on structures from The University of Connecticut and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Haven.
