Paul Chambers is a Senior Associate Director with extensive experience in project delivery, demonstrating exceptional leadership in managing complex projects. Paul has worked as an Associate Highways Engineer, successfully leading multi-disciplinary design teams on major highways projects in the UK, Ireland, and Qatar, including recent contributions to the HS2 Phase 1 Enabling Works Contract North for Laing Murphy JV. With a solid foundation in civil engineering from Loughborough University, Paul has held significant roles at companies such as Atkins, WSP, and Jacobs, overseeing diverse projects and collaborating with clients that include Highways England and local authorities. Paul’s experience includes managing large teams and ensuring compliance with BIM Level 2 while working in varied environments, including remotely located teams.
