Philip Johnson

Philip Johnson is a Project Director at Jacobs Engineering Group, with a robust background in public works and government administration. Previously, Philip served as the Director of Public Works, IT, and Planning and Building for the City of Cortez from 2014 to 2021. Before that, Philip held the position of Water & Wastewater Superintendent at the New Shoreham Sewer Commission from 1990 to 1999 and was the Assistant Manager for the Utilities Division of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe from 1999 to 2011. Additionally, Philip owned Water is Life, LLC from 2011 to 2013. They hold an Associate of Arts in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
