Priya H. is a Deputy General Counsel with extensive experience in corporate transactions and legal advisory roles. They have held positions at leading law firms, including Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where they focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate governance. In their current role at Jacobs, Priya leads the Corporate & Securities Legal Group, managing legal aspects of M&A activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams on sustainability initiatives. Priya holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College.
