Raina Carroll

Raina Carroll, P.E., is a licensed Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. Raina earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. They began their career as an Office Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff Construction Services, Inc. and went on to serve as a Project Engineer at Smith Engineering Company and a Quality Engineer at Delcan, A Parsons Company. Currently, Raina is the Bridge Group Lead at Jacobs, having previously held the position of Lead Engineer at WSP USA from 2013 to 2023.
