Raj Mehta is an experienced civil and environmental engineer with over 25 years in the industry. Raj served as Principal at JQ from 2010 to September 2017 following the merger of Mehta West Brashear Group LLC and Jaster-Quintanilla, providing comprehensive engineering services in critical water resources and infrastructure. Since September 2017, Raj has held dual roles as Client Account Manager and Vice President at Jacobs, overseeing a range of services including water distribution and treatment, wastewater management, stormwater quality analysis, and regulatory compliance in North and Central Texas. Raj began the career as a Civil/Environmental Project Engineer at Chiang Patel and Yerby from 1995 to 2003, and then founded and led Mehta West Brashear Group, LLC until 2010. Raj holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from The University of Texas at El Paso and two Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
