Ray Liu

Ray Liu is a seasoned transportation engineer and project manager with over two decades of experience in the engineering field. Starting at Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute as a Transportation Engineer from June 1994 to May 2000, Ray has held various prominent roles including Senior Project Engineer at Hatch Mott MacDonald and Senior Transportation Engineer at Tetra Tech Canada. Ray's expertise is further exemplified through positions such as Highway Engineer at Delcan Corporation and Senior Project Manager at both MMM Group Limited and Jacobs, the latter of which is a current role focused on highways and roads. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Chang'an University and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Hebei University of Technology, along with additional studies at Carleton University.
