Rich Deen, P.E., has over 35 years of transportation experience at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), where they held various positions, including Civil Engineer Trainee, Acting District Traffic Engineer, and Sr. Civil Engineer Supervisor, among others. Throughout their career, Rich contributed to numerous projects involving highway construction, traffic management, and safety initiatives, ultimately managing the Regional Traffic Management Center and Signals Groups in Central Pennsylvania. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Geneva College and, after retiring, is currently engaged as a Senior Advanced Mobility Engineer with Jacobs.
