Rita Donnell

Rita Donnell is an experienced professional with a strong background in contracts and pricing across various industries. Rita began a career at Stone & Webster in marketing before transitioning to contracts administration at Qwest Communications Corp and later at AECOM, where responsibilities included managing subcontracts and formulating bid packages. Rita served as a grants administrator at the Bureau of Land Management, overseeing funding for local development projects, and currently works as a federal subcontract professional at Jacobs.
