Robert Collins is a seasoned Program Analyst at USSOCOM, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in engineering, training, development, management, and military operations. Previously, Collins served as a Colonel in the US Army, where leadership in personnel and project management led to impactful organizational changes and significant budget oversight. Additionally, Collins has held various analytical and training roles with organizations like WWC Global and Jacobs, focusing on Special Operations Forces and policy development. Educated at the United States Military Academy and the University of Tampa, Collins holds a Bachelor’s in General Engineering and an MBA in Finance.
