Robert Leaf

Robert Leaf is a seasoned Water Resources Engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the field. Currently employed at Jacobs since December 2017, Robert has previously held positions at CH2M from May 2001 to December 2017, and served as a Water Resource Engineer at Surface Water Resources Inc. from May 1997 to May 2001. Earlier in Robert's career, an Assistant Civil Engineering Specialist role was held at the California Department of Water Resources from February 1995 to May 1997. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Forest and Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from Colorado State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management.
