Senior Process Engineer

Ryan Lei is a seasoned water engineer with extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment processes, largely in managerial roles across several organizations. Ryan's career began at the Chengdu office of Xi'an Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute, with focus on three waters network design and project bidding. Subsequently, at Southwest Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute of China, experience included engineering design of water treatment plants and active participation in international projects across Africa, Asia, and North America. At Shaanxi Environmental Protection Group Water Environment Company, Ryan advanced to roles such as Design Manager and led technical research and design management for water projects. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Jacobs, Ryan continues to contribute to technical standardization and support for junior team members. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil - Water Supply and Drainage Engineering from Kunming University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
