Sam Watkin is a Ports and Maritime Technical Director and Section Leader ANZ at Jacobs, with extensive experience in coastal and maritime engineering. From 2011 to 2018, Sam served as the Coastal Engineering Team Leader at Jacobs/SKM and previously held positions at URS/Scott Wilson and the World Bank, delivering projects in diverse and challenging environments.
