Shiv Modi is currently the Lead Engineer for Pavement at Jacobs, a position held since 2025. Previously, Shiv managed design and engineering teams at Montecarlo Limited from 2023 to 2024, after a decade of progressive roles in pavement engineering at SAI Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd - SYSTRA GROUP. Shiv began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Shantilal Shah Engineering College, followed by a Master of Technology in Transportation Engineering & Planning from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, both completed with distinction.
