Simon Palmer

Simon Palmer is an experienced professional in the fields of environmental science and geomorphology, with a career spanning over 15 years. Simon held the position of Principal Scientist at Ricardo Energy & Environment from October 2017 to December 2018 and served as Principal Consultant at APEM Ltd from December 2012 to October 2017. At Jacobs, Simon worked as Principal Geomorphologist and Associate Director from January 2019 to December 2021. Earlier, Simon was a Consultant at Peter Brett Associates from September 2005 to November 2012. Academically, Simon obtained a Master’s degree in Water Resources Technology and Management from The University of Birmingham in 2005 and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 2004.
