Stephen Bugir, PE is a skilled Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the design of water and wastewater facilities, including concrete vaults and pump stations, gained during tenure at Carollo Engineers from January 2020 to March 2022. At Jacobs since March 2022, Stephen continues to apply expertise in structural engineering. Prior experience as a Project Engineer at Ames Construction from August 2014 to January 2020 involved significant projects such as the RTD Eagle P3 and US36 Design-Build in the Denver Metro area, as well as work on the CSX Fairburn Intermodal Facility in Atlanta, GA. Stephen's engineering foundation includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, both from the University of Colorado Boulder.
