Stephen Morris

Stephen Morris is an Associate Director in Transport Planning at Jacobs, specialising in major development planning and electric vehicle infrastructure. With a decade of experience, they have worked collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to deliver significant projects, such as the Southampton to London Pipeline DCO and EV chargepoint site selections for local authorities. Prior to their current role, Stephen held positions at URS Corporation, AECOM, and Jacobs, contributing to Transport Assessments and master planning efforts. They earned a Master of Science in Transport Planning & Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Science in Politics and International Politics from Keele University. Stephen continues to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing network management and stakeholder engagement.
