Stephen Pinto, P.Ag., EP is an experienced professional in environmental remediation and project management. Currently serving as Program Operations Manager at Jacobs, Pinto oversees the Gulf War Remediation and Restoration Project, managing budget, schedule, safety, and quality compliance since January 2026. Prior experience includes a Program Manager role at ECC, where Pinto focused on business development and project execution from March 2021 to December 2025. Pinto also held various leadership positions at QM Environmental, including Senior Vice President and Division Lead of Remediation, managing a team of over 100 and directing significant projects across Canada.
