Sterling Rose is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience spanning nearly three decades. From January 1994 to April 2005, Sterling served as an Engineer Officer in the US Army, providing critical support in mobility, countermobility, and survivability for military units. Shortly thereafter, Sterling worked with the US Forest Service from 1998 to 1999 as an Engineer, focusing on road surveying, parking lot surveys, and GIS mapping. Sterling joined CH2M HILL as a Structural Engineer in February 2005 and continued in that role until the company was acquired by Jacobs in January 2018, where a promotion to Senior Structural Engineer occurred. Sterling holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and specializes in designing water and wastewater facilities.
